Arvind started his yoga journey at the age of 5. Throughout his journey; he came across great yogis, saint and sages and earned insightful knowledge and experience from them.
Arvind began his yoga career in in 2000. Under his guidance, his many students have gainedd strength, stamina, and flexibility to move through the asanas. Physical body alignment and correction of postures are his particular concerns. His aim is to help his students to reach their own potential level.
Arvind is committed to the scientific effect of asana and pranayama practice and he pays extra attention to helping his students achieve physiological and psychological health. By employing the many skills and knowledge he has acquired, he is able to help students with their flexibility, weight loss, physical and mental stress, and bring relief for joint pain, arthritis and lung-related disorders.
Having been in Hong Kong for a few years now, he has adapted to this bustling and fast-paced city. And he has also adjusted his style of teaching yoga to be more in line with the lifestyle of Hong Kong people.
Arvind believes that practising asana is only the starting point of one’s yoga life and it leads one to other aspects of yoga in order to achieve self-actualisation.
