 Balance is important in Yoga Practice

Some yoga practitioners tend to do relatively more backward bends due to the greater challenge it brings. However, doing things constantly against the nature of the body can bring you pain and injuries to your body. Striking a balance is extremely important in yoga practice. Spinal cord is one of the most essential parts in our body which should be treated cautiously. Whenever you are in classes, listen attentively to the instructions no matter how regular you are and never go beyond your limitations!
