
How to strengthen our joints ?

Dear friends, we all face twists and turns in life, we are always alert and get ourselves prepared to handle them. Like our body structure, different parts are connected with the joints to allow us to twist and turn. Some people tend to hurt themselves with sudden twists or turns, regular yoga practice will activate and strengthen the joints to prevent injuries. Joints will get swollen easily if we don't train them. The possibility of getting body pain is low if we move and exercise our joints in a proper way every day. Having healthy joints are key to maintain a strong body.
