Why Yoga ?
Throughout my yogic journey, I have seen many passionate practitioners who do yoga on a regular basis. I always ask them " why yoga?" Most of them told me that the main benefits of yoga are maintaining healthy lifestyle and ideal body figure.
My friends, the essence of yoga is to turn "impossibilities" into "possibilities" through the great co-ordination of your body, mind and soul. In other words, yoga will equip yogis with techniques to turn "crisis" into "chances" in different life encounters.
